AlexanderMikal is a bridal studio specializing in off-rack wedding & formal wear at discount pricing. Starting as a wedding coordinator and planner, owner Angela, has a unique knack for building a huge network of wedding professionals, both locally and nationally. Particularly ethnic small businesses. The WoC Expo was born from a desire to bring a fresh change to the way traditional bridal shows both operated and who they marketed to.
Our Vision
AlexanderMikal presents this unique bridal shows in the Houston area simply because our experience has shown that there is a great need of diversity in traditional bridal shows. Since the Houston area has a large number of brides-to-be from ethnic communities, we invite brides from such communities, in addition to the traditional mainstream brides. Part of our mission is to provide an opportunity for local businesses to showcase themselves at the same level as large companies---companies who are talented, skilled and bring the highest level of professionalism to the table. Additionally, we put a special emphasis on small businesses.
Secondly, it is our utmost desire to offer brides-to-be of color and their families an atmosphere that recognizes AND celebrated their ethnic diversity while they are planning one of the most important day in their lives.
